Social Responsibility

As part of our contribution towards social upliftment we have become involved with FASfacts, a non-profit organisation, which runs programmes aimed at educating people on the damaging effects of alcohol consumption during pregnancy on the unborn baby, as well as the negative influence that people with Fetal Alchol Syndrome (FAS) have on their families and society. Most of these programmes are run in rural areas on farms and in farming communities.

FASfacts employs a range of strategies to prevent alcohol consumption during pregnancy in order to reduce the rate of birth of children with FAS: Experiential learning; Mentoring of pregnant women; Advertising campaigns; Film and theater; Involvement of churches

We, at Frasafrica Marketing, share their vision of a South Africa free of children born with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.
